LAS VEGAS — A federal judge has ordered the state of Utah to immediately remove its online pharmacy Cialis and the online pharmacy Cialis Direct, a generic version of Viagra, from its online pharmacy database.
The federal judge in Utah has ordered the state of Utah to remove Cialis and Cialis Direct from the online pharmacy database, saying the online pharmacy was being operated illegally.
“It is illegal to sell or distribute any drug without permission from the owner,” the judge said in a hearing on Friday in Salt Lake City, Utah.
“The state of Utah, in consultation with the FDA, is responsible for regulating, regulating and enforcing these laws,” the judge said.
“The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has the authority to order the sale of prescription drugs.”
Cialis was approved as an approved prescription medication in 2003 for erectile dysfunction in the United States. The drug is available only with a prescription, and the FDA is required to approve this purchase only if the patient is sexually active.
Cialis is the generic version of Cialis. The drug’s active ingredient is Tadalafil. Cialis is the only medication approved to treat erectile dysfunction and is the only medication approved to treat pulmonary arterial hypertension.
In April 2012, the Utah Board of Pharmacy, the state’s pharmacy board, announced that the agency had ordered Cialis to be placed on the Utah Prescription Drug Register, which would be used to identify drug manufacturers and their products. The board’s order also requires Cialis to list and remove all other prescription medications, including nonprescription drugs, from the Utah Prescription Drug Register, which is used to identify other pharmaceutical companies and their products.
Cialis is available through its pharmacy in the U. S. and is manufactured by Eli Lilly and Co., the company behind the online pharmacy Cialis. Cialis and other drugs that are approved for treatment of erectile dysfunction are not available from Cialis.
In response to the order, the state is asking the Food and Drug Administration to regulate the online pharmacy and to remove Cialis from the Utah Prescription Drug Register.
Cialis is available only with a prescription, and the FDA has the authority to order this purchase.
If Cialis is not removed from the Utah Prescription Drug Register, the state will continue to be required to notify the FDA of any new, or revised, product labeling changes, if necessary. The state may also request that Cialis be removed from the Utah Prescription Drug Register, and if the state requests that a product be removed, that product must be in its original form and be in the U. in the amount and type of the prescription medication.
Cialis is a prescription medication that has been approved by the FDA for the treatment of erectile dysfunction. Cialis is available in the U. as the generic version of Cialis, but it is also available to be purchased with a prescription from a licensed pharmacy or medical provider.
“Cialis is a medication that has been approved by the FDA and is in the U. as an approved prescription drug,” the FDA said. “In the absence of a prescription, this medication is not FDA approved and may not be available from the drug’s manufacturer, but it is a medication that is not available or covered by the FDA.”
The Utah board of pharmacy has twice removed Cialis from its online pharmacy. In one case in 2009, the state appealed to the Board of Pharmacy.
Cialis is available in the Utah Prescription Drug Register as the generic version of the prescription drug Tadalafil.
The state may also request that Tadalafil be removed from the Utah Prescription Drug Register.
1.Nitrates (e.g., nitroglycerin, isosorbide dinitrate): Cialis and nitrates both lower blood pressure. Taking them together can cause a significant and potentially life-threatening drop in blood pressure (hypotension), leading to dizziness, fainting, or even heart attack or stroke. It is contraindicated to use Cialis with nitrates or recreational "poppers" (amyl nitrites).
2.Alpha-blockers (e.g., prazosin, terazosin, tamsulosin): Both Cialis and alpha-blockers relax blood vessels, which can lead to excessive blood pressure reduction when used together. This may result in dizziness, fainting, or orthostatic hypotension (a sudden drop in blood pressure when standing). If needed, your doctor may adjust the dosage or recommend spacing the medications.
3.Other antihypertensive drugs (e.g., atenolol, propranolol, enalapril, lisinopril): Cialis can enhance the blood-pressure-lowering effects of these medications. While this interaction is usually less severe than with nitrates or alpha-blockers, it can still cause dizziness or fainting in sensitive individuals. Close monitoring of blood pressure is recommended.
Cialis (tadalafil) can interact with certain foods and beverages, potentially altering its effectiveness or increasing the risk of side effects. Here are the key drug-food interactions to be aware of:
Erection problems (impotence) are very common, particularly in men over 40.
Most men occasionally fail to get or keep an erection. This is usually due to stress, tiredness, anxiety or drinking too much alcohol, and it’s nothing to worry about.
If it happens more often, it may be caused by physical or emotional problems.

Clinical trials:MADRANZUR trial
A total of 3400 men aged 40 years and over with erectile dysfunction were recruited from November 2017 to May 2020. The placebo (n=1053) was used as a comparison group. Of these, 360 men (1053–2023) met the inclusion criteria. After randomisation, 320 (1063–2220) men took CIALIS (20 mg PDE5 inhibitor) for treatment of impotence. After 12 weeks, 215 men (1063–2220) had experienced some degree of impotence. Overall, 152 men (1064–2220) reported some degree of impotence.
During the 12-week comparison, 152 men (1064–2220) on CIALIS reported some degree of impotence (frequency rare). Of the men who reported some degree of impotence, 88 (61%) were men who were men who did not have impotence. Frequency of impotence was lower in men taking CIALIS (70%) than in the placebo group (27%) (frequency rare). Men taking CIALIS also reported some degree of loss of vision (frequency rare). Frequency of impotence was similar in the placebo and CIALIS groups (frequency rare).
